Man Spits On Victim, Hits His Shopping Cart With Car At Northern Westchester BJ's: Police A man faces criminal charges after spitting on a victim in front of a BJ's Wholesale Club in Northern Westchester and hitting his shopping cart with his car, police said. Peekskill resident Robert Casey, age 30, was arrested after surrendering himself to Yorktown Police on Thursday, Jan. 18 on charges resulting from an incident on Monday, Jan. 8, the department announced.  According to Yorktown Police, on the day of the incident around 10 a.m., officers responded to a verbal argument in front of the BJ's Wholesale Club in Yorktown at 3303 Crompond Rd. Mount Pleasant Man Steals Clothes From BJ's Club, Caught In Traffic Stop: Police A man faces charges after making away with numerous pieces of clothing from a BJ's Wholesale Club in Northern Westchester, police said.  The theft happened on Monday, Dec. 12 around 8:30 p.m., when police were notified of a larceny at the BJ's Club located in Yorktown at 3303 Crompond Rd., Yorktown Police announced on Tuesday, Feb. 21.  After investigating the incident, police determined that the suspect had stolen five items of clothing worth $98 from display shelves and had left the store without trying to pay for them.
