A Peeping Tom caught on camera carrying a ladder in Northern Westchester is on the loose and police are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding him.

The Bedford Police is currently investigating a suspicious incident/trespassing that occurred at a residence on Cliffside Lane in Bedford Hills on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at about 8:20 p.m., said Bedford Police Lt. Andrew M Bellantone.

The individual shown in the video and photo was captured on the homeowner’s security camera. The person appears to be a white male, late teens or early 20s, wearing glasses and having a beard or mustache.

"This individual carried the ladder onto the property and was approaching a bedroom window when he saw the security camera and fled the scene," Bellantone said, noting it's possible that the ladder used was taken from another residence on Cliffside Lane.

Anyone with information contact the Bedford Police at (914)-241-3111.
