Police in Westchester are investigating a Sunday morning shooting that left a man hospitalized.
Officers from the Ossining Police Department responded to a reported shooting at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10 on Van Cortland Street, near the Cortlandt Ridge housing complex. One man, whose name has not been released, was hospitalized. His condition was not immediately available on Monday morning.
The shooting led to a closure of Van Cortlandt Avenue between North Highland Avenue and Cortlandt Place.
The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information regarding the shooting has been asked to contact investigators by calling (914) 941-4099.
