Traffic is back up to speed on the Hutchinson River Parkway after a tractor-trailer wedged itself under an overpass, backing up traffic for miles during the afternoon.
The truck hit the underpass about 2:14 p.m. Tuesday, blocking one southbound lane at East Lincoln Avenue.
Westchester County police said the rig, which was carrying metal products, was clipped by a car after hitting the overpass.
Police said no one was injured.
