The most recent burglary occurred on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at around 3:15 p.m. on Usonia Road in Pleasantville. Police said that a Cablevision worker reported that a 300-watt Honda generator valued at $1,800 was stolen from his truck while it was parked unattended on the street. No arrest has been made.
Last week on Nov. 1 at around 10 a.m., police said that a Pleasantville resident reported that a generator valued at $3,800 was stolen. The man said that the generator was chained to a food service truck he owns and operates in Valhalla and that the chain was cut at some point during the overnight hours, according to police. No arrest has been made.
