It happened around 4 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4 in Rockland County on Route 9W in Clarkstown between from Rockland Lake North (Lake Road Congers) and Rockland Lake South (Lake Road).

Clarkstown Police confirmed there was a fatality, but have not yet released further info.
