Briscoe was born in White Plains, N.Y., on Dec. 5, 1965, to John and Geraldine (Griffin) McNulty of Newtown. She grew up in Valhalla, N.Y., and attended Holy Name Elementary School. She graduated from Maria Regina High School in Hartsdale in 1983 and went on to Manhattan College, where she graduated with a BA in 1987. She earned her CPA and worked for KMPG and Pitney Bowes for many years.
Briscoe was a member of Saint Rose of Lima Church in Newtown.
Briscoe is survived by her parents; husband, Patrick; children, Emma, Patrick and Thomas; siblings, Mary Ann McNulty of Ridgefield, John McNulty (Kelly) of North Barrington, Ill. and Susan LoPiccolo (Frank) of Newtown; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, April 4 at 10:30 a.m. also in St. Rose of Lima Church. Interment will follow in Newtown Village Cemetery.
The Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main St., Newtown is in charge of arrangements.
