Mount Pleasant, Valhalla Schools Announce Delayed Openings

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Mount Pleasant Central School District and Valhalla Union Free School District announced late Sunday that they will have two-hour delayed openings on Monday in anticipation of the wintry weather expected to arrive overnight.
