Blue Hill at Stone Barns, in the Mount Pleasant hamlet of Pocantico Hills, is one of the best farm-to-table restaurants in the country, at least according to the experts at Food & Wine Magazine.

New York’s thriving farm-to-table movement started with James Beard Award-winning Chef Dan Barber, says the article.
