MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- The 2016 Winemakers Challenge and Dinner Event, sponsored by the Thornwood Lions Club and Prospero Winery will take place on April 16 at 7 p.m at The Stone Manor in Hawthorne.
The cost is $25 entrance fee per bottle and $80 dinner per person. Whether you are a winemaker or just want to sample local wines, the evening will include a five course meal paired with an appropriate wine selection, live DJ and dancing.For winemakers, the judges will pick and award best white, best red and best overall wine.Guest will have a chance to sample entrant’s wine There will be a raffle and door prizes with all profits supporting local community projects.
