Westchester Man Arrested For Allegedly Beating Wife In Front Of Son, Police Say A woman was allegedly bloodied and beaten in front of her son by her husband, who was arrested by police after being flagged down by a family member in Westchester. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to a Brite Avenue home at approximately 1:15 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7, where there was a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival at the scene, officers were directed by the family member to a vehicle that was parked and occupied in front of the residence.
