Teen Shot, Killed In Broad Daylight In Westchester Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a teenage boy that occurred in broad daylight in Westchester. Officers from the Yonkers Police Department were dispatched shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29 to the area of South Broadway near the intersection of Vark Street, where there was a report of gunshots fired.
