Drunk Driver From Westchester Charged After Crashing Into Victim In Region: Police A Westchester man faces felony charges after crashing into a man while he was walking in a crosswalk on a New York roadway, leaving them critically injured, police announced. White Plains resident Joseph Jensen, age 54, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 28 in connection with an incident in the Ulster County village of Ellenville, Ellenville Police said.
