Man Driving Drunk With Child In Car Crashes Off I-684 Into Route 22 Guardrail, Police Say A 30-year-old man allegedly driving drunk and high with his children in the car is behind bars after crashing into a guardrail off I-684 in Northern Westchester, resisting arrest and attempting to flee, police said.
