Construction Begins On $60M Affordable Housing Development In Westchester Near Train Station Work has begun on an all-new $60 million development that will include numerous affordable apartments and commercial space located near a Metro-North train station in Westchester. The upcoming development, called The St. Clair, will be located in downtown Yonkers and will include 76 affordable apartments when it is completed, New York Gov.
