Mamaroneck Deputy Village Manager Daniel Sarnoff Dies A deputy village manager in Westchester is being remembered as a well-respected figure who devoted himself to leading a community for more than a decade.  North Salem resident Daniel Sarnoff, who served the Village of Mamaroneck for 14 years, died suddenly on Thursday, May 23, village officials announced.
