Seven Westchester Residents Charged With DWI By State Police With law enforcement agencies in the Hudson Valley continuing their crackdown on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among two dozen motorists who found themselves charged with DWI offenses in the area this past week. Local residents charged were: Westchester County On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, for DWI. She was traveling on I-684 in Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. On S…
