The closure on Route 117 in Chappaqua was in both directions by Kathleen Lane near the Mount Kisco border, according to New Castle Police. The crash happened at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5. At around 4:45 p.m., New Castle Police announce the roadway reopened. Details on possible injuries have not yet been released. Expect Delays: Lane Closures Scheduled On Busy Area Roadway Construction involving lanes closures will cause delays on a busy roadway in Northern Westchester on Saturday, Feb. 16. The work will be done on Route 117 near Roaring Brook Road in Chappaqua from 9 a.m to 6 p.m., New Castle Police said.
