Second Lowe's Store In Westchester Scheduled To Open Westchester will enjoy a second Lowe's Home Improvement store by early next year, according to the developer. The county's other Lowe's store is in Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers. The developer of a Yorktown Lowe’s home improvement store said it's slated to open next year at 3200 Old Crompond Road.
