Back By Popular Demand: Mobile Passport Office Coming To Scarsdale With plenty of time left for summer travel, things are going to get easier for Scarsdale residents that are contemplating taking a trip abroad. The Westchester County Clerk’s Office plans to take their show on the road, making processing passports simpler. The county’s mobile passport office will be stationed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, June 8, at Boniface Circle in the Village Center.
