Police: Westchester Man Who Fell Asleep Talking To Officers Under Influence A Northern Westchester man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly fell asleep talking to officers while under the influence in New Canaan, police say. New Canaan Police responded to the 700 block of Oenoke Ridge Road Monday, Feb. 25 around 8:45 a.m. on the report of a suspicious vehicle stopped on the side of the road. The operator, later identified as 30-year-old Dylan Declercq of Pound Ridge, New York, was allegedly slumped over and appeared to be sleeping or in need of medical attention.
