Person Extricated In Head-On Crash At Route 100/9A Intersection Two motorists and their passengers was hospitalized overnight after being extricated from his vehicle following a head-on collision with a second car in Briarcliff. Volunteers from the Briarcliff Manor Fire Department were dispatched to Route 100, near the Route 9A interchange, behind the bus depot late on Monday night, where there were reports of a head-on crash that left one person pinned in his vehicle.
