Man Charged With Rape, Drug, Handgun Possession In Westchester A 25-year-old man is behind bars after state police charged him in Northern Westchester connection with a rape investigation as well as drug and handgun possession. Victim Strangled In Westchester Domestic Incident, Police Say A man is facing a series of charges after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute, choking his victim and causing a child to fall near a set of stairs before fleeing in Northern Westchester, police announced.
