Man Indicted For Christmas Day Shooting Of Mother, Father In NY Mansion A man who allegedly shot his mother and father in their Long Island mansion on Christmas Day in a dispute over his child has been arraigned on attempted murder charges. Nassau County District Attorney Anne T. Donnelly announced Dino Tomassetti, age 30, of Brooklyn, was arraigned Monday, Feb. 7, on two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault, among other charges. Tomassetti pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail. He is due back in court on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
