Westchester Man Faces Strangulation, Suffocation, Other Charges In Greenwich
A man from Westchester has been charged with strangulation and assault after police say he was involved in a physical dispute in Greenwich. Greenwich Police say 24-year-old Anthony Carrera of Port Chester appeared at Stamford Superior Court for a matter unrelated to this case on Wednesday, May 1.
