Registered Sex Offender Arrested For Westchester Bank Robbery
A registered sex offender from Mount Vernon has reportedly been arrested in connection to a December bank robbery in White Plains, where a suspect made off with nearly $4,000. A multi-agency law enforcement investigation led police to Columbus Avenue resident Marcus Long, who was charged with a felony count of first-degree robbery after he allegedly stole $3,900 from KeyBank in White Plains on last year. According to a lohud report, Long was traced to a home in Poughkeepsie before his arrest. Wearing a black ski mask, police said that Long allegedly walked into KeyBank shortly after 4 p.m. …
