These Mamaroneck Beaches Ordered Closed By Health Department
If you were looking to spend a fun day in the sand, be warned — several county-owned beaches in Westchester have been ordered closed by health officials. A total of nine beaches across the county were preemptively closed on Friday, June 7 as a result of 1.25 inches of rain observed in the last 24 hours, according to the Westchester County Department of Health.
