Rye Brook Police Welcome New Officers Meet Rye Brook Police Department’s newest police officers Michael Della Vecchia and Christian Delarosa. The new recruits were appointed at the Rye Brook Village Board meeting on Wednesday. Both officers began their careers in 2015, Della Vecchia with the Larchmont Police Department and Delarosa with the Eastchester Police Department.  "We wish them long, safe and fulfilling careers as police officers with the Rye Brook Police Department," the department said on Facebook.
