Man, Woman Each Face Felony Charge After Being Caught With Cocaine In Sprain Stop, Police Say A man and woman are facing felony charges after they were allegedly caught with cocaine in a traffic stop on the Sprain Brook Parkway, police say. New York State Troopers say they initiated a traffic stop on a 2015 Honda Accord on the Sprain Brook Parkway for a violation on Wednesday, April 3 around 2:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle’s occupants, identified as 25-year-old Ignacio Artiles Santana of the Bronx and 23-year-old Aisha Ahmad of Yonkers, were in possession of approximately three grams of cocaine, according to police.
