Former Longtime New Rochelle Realtor, Gloria Claudet, 95, With Family In Fairfield County
Gloria Claudet, 95, known to her friends as "Glo," died on Nov. 24 at her home in Southbury, surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Henri Claudet.
Gloria was born in Asbury Park, NJ in 1923 to the late James and Elizabeth (Kirwin) Jennings.
For more than three decades, Gloria sold real estate at Emile Rellstab Real Estate in New Rochelle, gaining a reputation for professionalism and integrity that led to generations of families entrusting their purchases and sales to her. New Rochelle Native Chris Mearkle, Personal Trainer, Model, Dies At 34
Christopher Mearkle, a resident of Bedford and formerly of New Rochelle, died on Wednesday, Oct. 2. He was 34.
He was born on Nov. 24, 1984 in New Rochelle to Diane (Beladino) Mearkle and the late Douglas R. Mearkle.
He worked as a personal trainer and model for several years. He loved to cook and was an avid animal lover and supporter, according to his obituary.

Former Bank Manager Julia A. Rabasca, New Rochelle Native, Dies At 94
Julia A (Mastromarino) Rabasca, 94, died Dec. 20, 2018 at Solaris HealthCare Parkway in Stuart, FL. Born in New Rochelle, Rabasca lived at The Evergreen Club in Palm City, FL, for the past 37 years.
She was in the banking industry for 39 years, last working for Barclays Bank as a Branch Manager before retiring in 1981. Rabasca was a member of The Evergreen Club where she was active in golf and was a very good player of Mah Jongg until declining health.
