Westchester County Woman Nabbed For DWI, Driving Wrong Way On I-95 A 911 call led Connecticut State Police to apprehend a wrong-way driver from New York in Fairfield County who was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The incident occurred in Greenwich around 1:40 a.m. on Friday, March 22 on I-95 near Exit 3. Greenwich Woman Accused Of Sending Explicit Texts On Ways To Kill Her Mom A 20-year-old Fairfield County woman is behind bars after allegedly texting explicit messages describing the different ways she wanted to kill her mother. Catherine Harper, of Greenwich, was arrested on a warrant on Friday, Jan. 5 for the text she sent on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023. According to Lt. Patrick Smyth of the Greenwich Police, Harper was charged with threatening and held on a $50,000 bond which she could not make.  Police did not provide additional information regarding who she sent the text to.  This is a developing story. Woman Nabbed Going 125 MPH On I-95 In Region, Police Say A 31-year-old Fairfield County woman was stopped by Connecticut State Police driving 125 mph in a 55 mph zone. The incident took place in Greenwich on I-95 near Exit 4 around 12:15 a.m., Friday, Dec. 15. Genesis Rosado-Inga, of Stamford, was stopped after troopers spotted her BMW traveling erratically, state police said.
