Extensive Resurfacing Project Planned In Scarsdale There will be limited parking and overnight road closures in Scarsdale for several days as contracting crews begin preparing for a repaving project on some of the village’s busiest roadways. Scarsdale resurfacing contractor, PCI Industries announced that it is scheduled to begin resurfacing work on Depot Place, Garth Road and Freightway, including the alleyway adjacent to the parking garage.
