Covid-19: New Rochelle Schools Launches Distance Learning Plan The New Rochelle School District, which is at the heart of the COVID-19 outbreak in Westchester, has outlined its plans to introduce students to its district learning plan. New Rochelle Schools To Launch Safety App Following Student Stabbings NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - In the wake of several violent incidents involving students, New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Brian Osborne announced that the district is getting technical to combat bullies.
