The New Rochelle School District, which is at the heart of the COVID-19 outbreak in Westchester, has outlined its plans to introduce students to its district learning plan. NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - In the wake of several violent incidents involving students, New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Brian Osborne announced that the district is getting technical to combat bullies. The New Rochelle School District is planning to introduce an app for students that will help stop bullying, while allowing the bullied to remain anonymous.
