Woman Driving Without License Arrested At Home After Fleeing Scene Of Westchester Police Stop A 33-year-old woman was arrested at her home after allegedly fleeing the scene of a police stop in Westchester. State Police say they stopped her vehicle on I-87 in the Town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation on at around 9:15 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7.  Troopers then conducted a license check of the driver, Dominique H. Murphy of the Bronx, and determined that she did not have a valid license. As police continued to interview Murphy, she fled the scene in her vehicle, police said.
