Keymarro Guiden, age 48, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was extradited to Sullivan County, on Tuesday, Dec. 14, in connection with the May 2014 murder of April Parker, age 31, of Monticello, said the New York State Police. Victim ID'd In Cold-Case Westchester Homicide A woman who was found dead and nude on a Westchester County street more than 30 years ago has been identified by the District's Attorney's Office's newly created Cold-Case Bureau. House Painter From Port Chester Sentenced For Sexually Abusing Girl, 5 A house painter working in a Westchester home has been sentenced to nearly a decade behind bars and will register as a sexual offender after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl. Port Chester resident Fabio Coutinho, 42, has been sentenced to eight years in state prison, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sexual act, a felony, earlier this year.
