Woman Asleep In Car After Crash In Westchester Charged With DWI, Police Say A woman fell asleep behind the wheel of her car after allegedly drinking, driving, and crashing into a guardrail in Northern Westchester, police said. Members of the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a stretch of Crompond Road (Route 202) at approximately 6 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 11, where there was a report of a vehicle that was stopped in the roadway.
