Two Charged With DWI In Sobriety Checkpoint In Westchester A pair of local residents were charged with driving while intoxicated during a fixed sobriety checkpoint conducted in Northern Westchester. The checkpoint was set up in Somers along a stretch of Route 35 on Friday, Nov. 23. The two facing DWI charges are: Dennis Enriques, 38, of Cortlandt Manor, charged with Felony DWI (Leandra's Law) with a court date of Dec. 3 in the Town of Somers Court. Robert Goetz, 50, of Pleasantville, charged with DWI (misdemeanor) with a court date of Dec. 3 in the Town of Somers Court.
