Federal Judge Joins Review Of Fatal Officer-Involved Shootings In Westchester A former federal prosecutor in New York is being called in to assist the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in reopening the investigation into a pair of police-involved shootings that left a 20-year-old Pace University student from Massachusetts and former US Marine dead.
