Scarsdale Police Bust Man Driving With A BAC More Than Double Legal Limit
A 21-year-old man from Westchester is facing charges after being busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit over the weekend. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department on patrol on Mamaroneck Road stopped White Plains resident Darwin Maldonado Jerez after he made a series of vehicle and traffic violations at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Saturday morning.
