Larchmont Man With 12 License Suspensions Involved In Crash, Police Say A wanted man with a dozen suspensions on his license was involved in a crash at a busy Westchester intersection, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to the intersection of Popham Road and Post Road at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, where there was a report of a crash. Police said that the driver of a blue Ford Fiesta involved in the crash, Larchmont resident Daniel Joseph, 37, was able to provide a New York State non-drive ID, though he did not possess a valid driver’s license.
