New York State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a man who has been wanted for more than a decade following his arrest. An alert was issued by State Police Troop T in Tarrytown for Curtis L. Brown, who was stopped by troopers on the New York State Thruway on June 5, 2006. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Brown was allegedly intoxicated and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
