ICE Five-Day Nyc-area Enforcement Crackdown Includes Arrests In Westchester Individuals from four Hudson Valley counties were among 118 people from southern New York arrested for violating U.S. immigration laws during a five-day crackdown in mid-January by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The detail, called "Operation Cross Check,"  was conducted in New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley from Jan. 14-18.
