These Westchester HS Students Named National Merit Scholarship Finalists Half a dozen high school seniors from Northern Westchester have been selected as finalists in a prestigious national program.  Six seniors from Byram Hills High School in Armonk have been named as finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program, the Byram Hills Central School District announced on Thursday, Feb. 15.  The six students are:  Cyrus Aly; Samara Brown; Aaron Lestz; Daniel Ndocaj; Alexander Woodworth; Yicheng Yang. Man Charged With Felony DWI After Crash Near Roma Building A 57-year-old Ossining man was charged with felony DWI following a car accident on Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown Tuesday. Chrstopher Walsh was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, a felony, driving while intoxicated, a felony and following too closely. Walsh was charged with felony DWI due to a prior conviction in 2014. On Tuesday afternoon,  police received a report of an erratic driver.
