The Salem County Correctional Facility released the mugshot of 43-year-old Sean Higgins to Newsweek. 13-Year-Old Riding Bicycle Struck, Killed By Vehicle On Residential Roadway In Hudson Valley Police are investigating a crash in which a boy was killed on a residential roadway in the Hudson Valley. It happened around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 29 in Rockland County. That's when the bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the village of Pomona at the intersection of High Mountain Road and Overlook Road. Upon arrival, units discovered the vehicle with the 13-year-old boy underneath the vehicle, said Chief John Gould Jr. of the town of Haverstraw Police Department. Historic Increase In Hit-And-Run Fatalities Reported By AAA AAA is calling on drivers to be more alert, and cyclists and pedestrians to be more aware on the roadways as the number of fatal hit-and-runs spiked to an all-time high.
