New Westchester BOL Chair Elected: Replaces Predecessor Forced Out Amid Scandal The Westchester Board of Legislators has elected a new chairman after his predecessor resigned following a scandal involving a former county staffer trying to meet with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
