Westchester Medical Center Unveils New $230 Million Ambulatory Care Pavilion Westchester Medical Center has officially unveiled its new ambulatory care pavilion, the county’s “largest healthcare construction project in more than four decades.” The Ambulatory Care Pavilion is eight stories tall and measures 280,000 square feet. It will open for patient care later this month, officials say, with full occupancy expected in the fall.
