The crash happened in Putnam County on Sunday, Oct. 6, when an all-terrain vehicle crashed down a cliff in Cold Spring at the gorge on Mill Road, according to the North Highlands Fire Department. The incident took place in Yorktown late Tuesday, June 25, at the victim's Columbine Court home where he had made arrangement on a social media marketplace site to potentially sell the ATV, said the Yorktown Police Department.
