MAMARONKECK, NY A 42-year-old village man was arrested by town police and charged with sexual conduct against a child, police said Monday.
Anthony Ballone was arrested Saturday, following a womans complaint.
The Westchester District Attorneys Office said Ballone was brought in for questioning by investigating officers and then arrested by town police, who were called in for the arrest.
Ballone is being held in Westchester County Jail on $250,000 bond and is due back in court Thursday.
The sexual conduct took place over a period of two years, from 2003 to 2005, according to the police report. The case is under investigation and no further details were released.
