MAMARONECK, N. Y. -- Don't worry if the Walter's Hot Dogs food truck hasn't made it, so far, to an event near you. In a few weeks, a second food truck serving food from the well-known Mamaroneck eatery is set to be in circulation, according to lohud.com.
To meet a growing demand for mobile hot dog service, Walter's second food truck is set to start Tuesday, April 12. The second truck will visit community festivals and events while the first truck will handle private parties, says lohud.com.
Members of the Warrington family, owners of Westchester's historic Walter's Hot Dogs, said having to turn down so many events was the reason they decided to get a new and larger food truck, according to lohud.com.
