Mamaroneck Town Man Reports Wedding Ring Stolen

MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- A town man, 48, reported a wedding ring was stolen from his Gairt Lane home sometime between Nov. 19 at 11 p.m. and Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. The value of the ring, $1,500, makes the theft a fourth-degree grand larceny. The suspect is an unknown male, according to the Town of Mamaroenck Police blotter.

The following incidents were also reported in the blotter from Dec. 15 to Dec. 22.

Grand Larceny: A Richbell Road woman, 59, reported her four car tires and rims, worth a total of $1,500, were stolen while parked on Burton Road. The suspect is an unknown white male.

Petit Larceny: A town man, 45, reported an unknown suspect stole a GPS unit on Marbourne Drive sometime between Dec. 13 at 10 p.m. and Dec. 14 at 7:45 a.m. The unit, a Garmin nuvi, is worth approximately $200.

Petit Larceny: A Larchmont man, 20, reported his i-Pod Touch, worth $250, was stolen from his Elkan Road home. The theft reportedly occurred sometime between Dec. 7 at 9 a.m. and Dec. 8 at 4 p.m.
